- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer different packages depending on the needs of the client and the amount of times they would like to train a week. I offer this during my first free complimentary training session and consultation to see what best fits the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First thing is first, start with the basics. Assess their level of training, whether it’s beginner or advanced and work off of that. I fix their diet and nutrition first and foremost then from there I can get them accustomed to my training style which will get you results guaranteed within the first 4 weeks.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my ISSA certifications in training and nutrition as well as experience working with both lifestyle and competitive athletes. Whether it’s strength training, fat loss or muscle gain I have you covered. I have worked with clientele from all aspects of life and have experience with peoples bodies and physiology as well.
