My experience with Vanessa was amazing, the best place and best personal trainer to work with. She made sure I was reaching my goals by guiding me through my diet and pushing me through my workouts. Workouts are enjoyable as well as challenging. She also works around my limitations but still somehow manages to push me with her drop sets. She is super friendly, supportive and encouraging. Would highly recommend her as a personal trainer.

She makes you feel so comfortable due to her professionalism as a trainer and pushes you just the right amount each time for you to be able to build muscle and lose fat while not giving up because you think the work outs or weights are too much. She is very kind and provides support even outside training sessions in case you have questions on meals and nutrition options. She is very knowledgeable and always has a positive attitude and energy when you are with her. I would 100% recommended her to anyone!

My experience has been very fun and exciting, Vanessa makes me feel so comfortable from the moment I walked into the door I felt comfortable and overall she’s an amazing trainer she’s pushed me when I feel like giving up and I’ve seen a change in my body drastically!

This is my second time signing with Vanessa because I love her trainings so much ! She’s helped me achieve the results I was looking for & helped me build confidence in my appearance and at the gym through her trainings. I’ve always felt extremely comfortable with every workout she’s put me through and she always challenges me, which I love ! Not only is she great at what she does, but she’s super sweet and has great energy during all of our sessions. Vanessa is punctual and very accommodating as well ! I highly recommend her to anyone looking to get in shape and build a booty 🍑

I have been training with Vanessa since the summer of 2021. I joined to improve my mental health and to gain muscle back that I had lost. She has been very supportive and empathetic toward me during all of our sessions. She started me on a meal plan and gave me recommendations for protein and I’ve seen noticeable results. When I first started training I was at 84lbs. Now I’m at 111lbs ! My leg muscles have came back in nicely and I overall just have so much fun training with Vanessa which is why I haven’t switched trainers because I am comfortable with her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to transform their lives and bodies !
