We are very happy with Erik and his professional work! 1) He is RESPONSIVE while we communicate on thumbtack app. 2) He is PUNCTUAL - he showed up on time for an estimate as well as for the service. 3) He is PROFESSIONAL throughout the whole process. He is very knowledgeable and he knows what is best to do. So you don’t have to explain a lot to him, and he doesn’t have a lot of back and forth questions. So the whole process is fast and smooth. 4) He has GREAT COMMUNICATION SKILLS - we had no miscommunications which is very valuable and stress-free to work with him. Plus, he is humble, polite, and transparent. 5) He is EFFICIENT - he and his crew member finished fixing our sewage drain blockage in less than an hour. 6) He provides QUALITY WORK - we did the snake line and the video line. Erik and his associate were able to efficiently install a reverse osmosis under-sink filter and replace a new tub spout. Erik even gave advice about the RO system and answered other plumbing questions I had. The price for the job was very reasonable and they were both fun to chat with during their time at the house. I never realized I could have such a positive plumbing experience. I will be hiring Erik again for future plumbing needs.
