Kristina is so AMAZING. She's very organized and professional with an eye for aesthetics too. My husband and I felt very comfortable working with her during the course of our wedding planning. She is great at resolving problems/issues when it arose. She was also great at seeing our vision through to the end. She's responsive to changes (as it's bound to happen on a wedding day) and was instrumental in getting us through the process. We would not hesitate to hire her for any other large events which we may host in the future.

We decided to have a small wedding at the Pelican Courtyard and even though we knew we needed a day-of coordinator we thought we’d be okay just having friends help out.  Long story short...we realized a few months out that we needed professional help.  We were in way over our heads and our friends were going to have to do a lot of work and not get to enjoy the wedding at all.   I’m so glad we found Kristina!  I thought I was organized but as soon as she stepped in things really shaped up on another level.  She helped keep things extremely organized with vendors, contracts, and timelines. She confirmed all of our vendors for us a week out AND met up with us a month prior to do a venue walk through. She covered every single detail of our wedding day to make sure we were prepared.  There was a ton of stuff I hadn’t even thought of and Kristina totally saved the day.   She also coordinated our wedding rehearsal the day before the wedding. My friends and family kept mentioning how impressed they were with her. When the wedding day came she handled EVERYTHING.  I had sprung a bunch of last minute changes on her the morning of and she just rolled with it.  As a high anxiety person, I can’t tell you how perfect it was to have her calm demeanor around. She’s seriously awesome!   We were on a tight budget but if I could re-plan my wedding, we would have just booked her for full wedding planner services.  There were a lot of other areas we could have saved money on had we had her recommendations and knowledge ahead of time.  Whatever type of party or celebration you’re planning, it will be 1000x better with Kristina helping you. Seriously. This girl knows her stuff.  Thank you, Kristina!

We hired Kristina as a day-of coordinator for our wedding - and WOW are we so glad that we did. She is awesome, very detail oriented, and bent over backwards to ensure our wedding went off without a hitch!! She contacted us ahead of time in order to ensure she knew exactly what we wanted on our wedding day and how she could best help us out. She did everything from picking up wine, event set-up/take-down, and vendor coordination to ensure that our day went extremely smoothly and as planned. She knew our plan so well that she never even came up to us during the event to ask a question - she just worked behind the scenes to enable us to enjoy every minute of our big day. It was amazing, she's the best and makes wedding day stress-free. Would highly recommend her to anyone as a wedding coordinator/planner and would hire her again in a second! You don't need to look anywhere else!

Hiring Kristina was by far the best money we spent on the wedding! We were feeling completely lost trying to plan our wedding until we found her. She completely saved the day and made those last few stressful weeks so much easier to handle. I’m not sure we would have made it without her. She is incredibly organized, knowledgeable, and dedicated. She worked so hard and went so far above and beyond what I ever would have expected from a coordinator to make sure our wedding was perfect. She’s an absolute joy to work with too! She was so upbeat, friendly, reassuring, and always trying to find new ways to help us out. She made sure that our venue looked beautiful on the day of the ceremony and that everything ran smoothly. We couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out, and she’s a huge reason why. We really can’t thank her enough.

Kristina was EXACTLY what my husband and I were looking for in a wedding planner! She kept us on track and at ease with vendors, budget and everything in-between. She had great recommendations and guidance when we needed help understanding the traditions, common practices/trends, online tools and services, styles and themes, etc. I always felt we were making informed decisions with her info/advice. My husband and I live in Northern California and had our wedding in OC, so most of our meetings and coordinating were done over the phone or Google Hangouts. Kristina was extremely flexible with our schedules throughout the entire process and the distance didn't slow her down at all. On our wedding day my husband, our families and I were all able to fully enjoy our time without worry. We knew Kristina had everything under control. Our wedding vision would not have happened without Kristina and the value she brought to the entire process was priceless. Her services are well well worth the cost and I'd recommend her to anyone.
