- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always make a warm introduction, either through email or a phone call, and provide basic information about our company and services. Evaluate the client's needs, preferences, and requirements to understand their goals and expectations, and all this apply to all customers, not just the new ones.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All drivers obtain the required driver's license, such as a commercial driver's license. Complete safety training courses, including defensive driving, first aid, and emergency preparedness, including etiquette, customer service, vehicle maintenance, and navigation.
