Jose is a true professional! From planning to clean-up, MexiCuban Catering is the best catering company to work with. Jose always returned phone calls or e-mails immediately. On the day of our event, Jose and staff arrived on time and went to work. The serving tables and food presentation were elegant yet efficient. Jose and his staff were pleasant and helpful with our guests. Our event was a backyard affair and Jose worked for 4 hours. Our guests couldn't stop raving about the food. The flavors of the beef, carnitas (pork) and chicken tacos were fantastic. We had vegetarian guests and Jose accommodated them by preparing exquisite grilled vegetables. Jose prepared a very unique spicy hot salsa that several guests asked to take home. The rice and beans sides were delicious. Even though we had 44 guests, there were still leftovers! Jose is generous in his serving size and was more than helpful preparing multiple plates of food for our guests. It was a pleasure doing business with Jose. I would not hesitate to work with him again in the future!

They did a wonderful job, food was very good, came on time and stayed until everyone was fully satisfied. I would recommend them anytime. I was also told they have a more extensive menu.

Our most common job is taco party's. Everyone loves how fresh and flavorful our tacos are. We also get lots of orders for our mouth watering Cuban style roasted pigs.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I think the most important thing is quality. When looking for a cater, look for one that will have good quality in there service. Remember you get what you pay for.
