- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customers should know that I give the best prices out there and the most affordable. I believe that I am a very honest man.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1st I greet the customers. Then I give them the appointment time if is the customer needs it. I call the customer at least 1 hour before I arrive informing them that I am on my way. When I arrive I greet the customer and inspect the problem. Later I inform the customer how much it will cost to fix the problem. If the cudtomer approves of me to fix the project I then would cancel the service call.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electricity, Soldering iron, some plumbing, driving, and tire fixing.
