I’ve been training with Jonathan for close to year a now and it’s been an amazing experience. Jonathan is extremely professional and respectful. I always feel comfortable during my sessions and that’s something I haven’t experienced in the past. He goes beyond just sessions and keeps me accountable for working out outside of our sessions and making sure I’m eating healthy. He’s also incorporated kicking boxing and I’ve been really enjoying it since he’s also teaching me how to use these skills for self defense in the worst case scenario. Have been with Jonathan for over 2 years and honestly couldn't have asked for a better trainer. No other trainer I've had in the past has made me feel like they genuinely care for my health well being. If you need someone to keep you accountable and someone you're really going to learn a HUGE amount from then Jonathan is your guy. He travels to me at home and being a mom of 3 that really helps a ton. Especially since he wears a mask during all of it during these times and cleans and sanitizes everything before and after I use it. He's especially great with kids and training them in anything from Football to Soccer to Self defense and kickboxing classes for my kids. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I'm willing to work with you. Based on Clients situations I'll work with their situation to the best of my ability. With me think of "Help me help you" and "Give and take". keep in mind that based on what you're requiring of me (distance I travel, ect.) will be factors in how much I can help you and you can help me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I like to give you a $20 session first so I can evaluate the level at which we can start training. This $20 would go toward future sessions when you hire me. If you decide not to then no hard feelings. In this session I also test flexibility, keep a close eye on heart rate, and evaluate the endurance/experience level we are starting with.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Certified Personal Training certificate, Extensive experience fighting/teaching self-Defense.
