You must be willing to do the following - Workout online or in-person 2-5 times a week - Follow a custom built for you Nutrition plan ( 70% of your results depend on this) - Check in weekly for accountability calls (hold yourself accountable to your plan) - monthly measurements, weight, & pictures ( another for of accountability) Your success is my success. I loved working with Nick! He always held me accountable and gave me the extra motivation I needed. I love his online program! It’s very easy to follow, and LOVE the flexibility especially being a mom of 2 with a very busy schedule. I seen results within the first couple of weeks with tracking my eating and following his online program. Highly recommend!

10 out of 10 experience! So thankful for a trainer that kicks my butt and actually motivates me to keep working towards my goals. Nick makes sure you’re on track and is very responsive. He not only sends you a whole meal plan and explains it, he also makes sure to recommend high quality products that will work for you. He really makes sure you understand the exercises, going over form throughout the workout making your session a good one. If you want a really good workout that makes you sweat like hell without completely hating your life after, Nick is the trainer for you! I gained muscle so quickly and saw visible changes in just one month.

Strongest I’ve Ever Been! Prior to training with Nick I led a sedentary life, trouble sleeping, and my diet was terrible. After training with him for three months not only did I loose fat and gain muscle, but my sleeping and diet improved. I went from struggling to get myself to the gym to looking forward to working out. Nick is patient, consistent, and accommodating with both your schedule and goals. You won’t regret working with him!
