I live in Fontana and would drive 3 days a week after a long day at work to train with Nick. I told him about my back surgery and back issues and he gave me workouts that did not cause any discomfort. Also gave me some amazing stretches that none of my doctors or physical therapist showed me, which ended up helping me out and also helped me have better workouts. My first month I lost 11% body fat and gained 16 pounds of muscle. He’s been great and I tell everyone they need to go see him if they are serious and want to get results.

Nick has been by trainer for 2 months and he is fantastic. He values your time and money. I enjoy his class and I never have enjoyed working out until I started training with Nick. I like that he pushes you but also knows your limits. I lost 7 pounds in the first 6 weeks and gained muscle. I would highly recommend him.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    First we’ll do a general assessment and go over your weight, body fat, and muscle mass. Our meeting will take 30-45 min and you’ll do a short workout/movement assessment. Our first meeting is free.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I’ve been a certified full time personal trainer for over 4 years.

  • How did you get started doing this type of work?

    I’ve been a personal trainer for over 4 years. I played multiple sports football/baseball for the majority of my life (10+ years) and the weight room was the back bone to my success. I want to share the confidence and work ethic I built over my career with others.
