Introduction: Coaching is part of my natural genius, I have the capacity to easily get to the the core of what is happening for my clients. and support them in easily discovering actions to resolve or be with what is occurring. I help people to discover what they are committed to consciously or unconsciously and they create new commitments for the results they want. The tools I offer support them in recommitting. My coaching is experiential and is a balance of cognitive techniques and body centered practices that harness the organic wisdom of the body. The process I use may utilizes moving and breathing and specializes activities and activates all parts of the brain. I experience ease and flow while working with my client and I get to discover and grow along with them.
