We handle Airbnb and other vacation rental properties and know exactly what to do to ensure your guests have a great experience and your property is maintained with the utmost care.
We also handle commercial properties including offices, warehouses and a variety of other business storefronts.
We serve the greater Los Angeles area including, the Westside, all of the South Bay, San Fernando and San Gabriel Valley areas. Long and short, if you are in Los Angeles County, we probably serve you. Just ask us!

Victoria arrived right on time, and the fact that she showed up is an improvement from the last service from another company. I appreciated a thorough walk through with her leading it, going through everything. The house was clean, no issues. Good, easy communication. Responsive admin via the app, too. Will use again.

Vanessa and Oliver did a very good job cleaning our condo with very little direction from me. They arrived and got right to work. It took a little over two hours to completely clean the 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and the rest of the house. All of the fingerprints were removed from the stainless steel appliances. Mirrors were spotless and the floors well cleaned.

Alfred did an amazing job completing a 3 hour deep cleaning my apartment. Not only did he have a cleaning prior to mine at 6 pm, but stepped in last minute when the original person hired injured her ankle. He was enthusiastic, attentive, efficient, and completed everything on my list! He says he loves cleaning and I definitely believe him :) would love to hire him in the future and plan to! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every house/location is unique. Things that will affect your cleaning estimate include the square footage of your place, number of bedrooms/bathrooms, number of rooms, etc. We have a flat rate of $40/hr/person.
Will All Commercial Cleaning & House Cleaning Visits Cost the Same Amount?
The first cleaning visit usually costs more than subsequent visits since it could also take longer. Once this initial visit has occurred, your location’s cleanliness can be easily maintained with our regular visit cleaning tasks.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Get a good understanding if there are any specific needs and tackle the most difficult area first.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
ISSA Training for all employees for commercial and residential properties.
