- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We always start with an initial consultation where we sit down and learn more about you, your lifestyle, your nutrition, your goals and your likes and dislikes. We then craft a custom workout and nutrition plan for you and have fun implementing it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?All sorts- boxing, martial arts, nutrition, pilates, yoga, olympic weight lifting, etc.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It was a natural transition for me from athletics. Fitness took the place of sports for me as I got older. Fitness is my favorite part of every day so I decided to leave my corporate job a few years ago to do what I truly loved.
