I'm willing to drive 15 miles or less Expert with PC, intermediate with Mac. Haven't come across an issue with either yet I could not understand if not fix as well. Bottom line, will analyze and determine your issue, and may fix it if I can. There is no additional charge for repair. I think going this route with me is probably alot easier more convenient and cheaper than going to Geek Squad or some place that will overcharge you regardless of your issue. I also do work with phones and camera but PC's are my specialty. I've operated this stuff since I was a little kid, and it's not uncommon than any time I go to Best Buy I know more than the Geek Squad managers do. College experience as well, but most of my expertise is self taught.
