- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I conduct investigations to different ways; flat rate and hourly ($70 per hour). After discussing your case and determining how long it will take I will offer a flat rate. In the event an investigations goes over the estimated amount of time there is no additional charge to the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on the type of investigation I like to review and/or discuss the details surrounding the case. After I have an understanding of what your specific needs are, I will discuss a plan on how we can achieve your goals
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Former police officer with extensive training in S.W.A.T, explosive breaching for S.W.A.T team, defense tactic instructor, field training officer. I have been trained in conducting traffic collision investigations and conducted thousands of investigations ranging from public intoxication to murder. I have received extensive training in interview and interrogation techniques. In the private sector over the past 6 years I have conducted countless criminal defense investigations with an extremely high success rate.
