Let's be honest here...
When Josh showed up - in the middle of a rain storm! - he took a look at the area I needed cleaned and told me that the grease/dirt had blended with the paint and he might not be able to get all of it up. He told me about 75%-80% at best. I let him do his work and when I looked at the job he'd done, I was overjoyed. He was able to get closer to 95% of the stains out! So, he worked some magic for me... and I'm sure he'll do the same for others!

Crocodile did a great job cleaning my roof and solar panels. This job was challenging because underneath my panels there were years of leaves and debris. Josh and his crew came over, worked hard, and didn’t leave until the job was complete. I’m bringing him back at least once a year for a roof and solar panel clean. Hire these guys, you won’t be disappointed.

It was easy to work with Josh. He responded to my message very quickly and scheduled the estimate on the next day. He and his team started to work on my house for two days to clean out debris, algae etc. He kept me posted on the progress and explained his procedures to me. He cleaned up my yards after finishing his work. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in need of a good professional who will definitely take care of your property.
