Wil came on time, as scheduled. He gave an assessment to my situation. He estimated 4 hrs, but it turned out to be more like 6 - 6.5 hours and didn't charge extra, but I appreciated his effort and commitment to see the job done correctly. I would use his service again. My husband and I are so happy to have found Wil (Nery) to help us deal with plumbing issues of our new-to-us house. It started with a kitchen sink leak that quickly escalated with a discovery of a clog. Our laundry sink was also backflowing for some unknown reason and he was very diligent in troubleshooting and resolving the issue. He helped us change out a faucet, which ended up being difficult because the old one was all rusted. He also changed out a laundry sink and removed an unused wall sink. What was meant to be semi-quick jobs that takes 2 days max became so much longer but Wil took it in stride and was so patient with everything unexpected that came up. He wouldn't take payment until the jobs were complete, which we felt so bad for because the job took so long and with so many visits, at no fault of Wil's. We definitely recommend Wil and will continue using him for any plumbing issues down the road (hopefully nothing for a long time!).
