FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, I do like to keep a fair rate and understand that every job is different and appliances are not all built the same. Machines do break down after being in service or just poorly designed. I do give a discount that I would apply, after I diagnose your appliance and I can elaborate everything to your specific issue.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First and foremost I like to respect a new customer and there home. Second, I like to assure the customer is in good hands and that I will fix there appliance. Last, I like to place everything back the way it was before I enter your home and spray down all surface that I may have touched to maintain cleanliness.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associate degree from City College of San Francisco, I have countless of hours in training with private vendors. Also have a number of vocational certification in construction, HVAC, and plumbing. In addition, I have worked as a certified private home inspector with a couple of startups and I’m a member with Internachi home inspector association. Other than my experience in building construction, I have worked at Oak airport for some years doing many different positions with a government entity.
