- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer fair, competitive pricing with a clear breakdown. There is usually a minimum service fee (2–3 hours), and larger projects are quoted as fixed prices. Materials are billed separately unless agreed otherwise. I am transparent with costs—no hidden fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by discussing the project in detail, reviewing any photos or descriptions the customer provides. Then I give a clear estimate, explain the process, and schedule the work. I make sure the client understands all steps and costs upfront. After completion, I always check that the customer is fully satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have years of hands-on experience working as a handyman and contractor, completing hundreds of projects in electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall, and remodeling. I continually stay updated with California building codes and best practices to ensure quality and safety.
