Magical Flooring did a great job polishing (screen, prime, and recoat) my hardwood floors. They set expectations, came on time, and took care of anything. The only small nit was that they put some furniture back in the wrong places (a photo ahead of time would have been good). But it was minor, so: 5 stars!

We needed a hardwood floor sanding and stain for our house. Carlos is very knowledgeable. He responded to all our questions about the cost and process. He gave us a great price and great deal to help us with redoing our kitchen tiles that are loose and some broken. He is very professional and was willing to change his work schedule around our tight deadline for our project. I would definitely recommend his service.

Carlos was on the mark at each step of way with refinishing damaged hardwood floors on two levels of a trip-level, large loft in San Francisco. The job needed to be done fast and efficiently so that property could get back on the market. I so appreciated his attitude, promptness, quality of work and the cool video he sent after the job was completed.

Really beautiful work that is priced competitively. They even sent me a photo of my floors before they left just to make sure I liked what I saw. We needed a small patch repaired and the follow up was great.

Carlos is a flooring expert and I'd even go so far to say artist! He and Pablo took what was a terrible floor (with the previous owner's pet stains and scratches) and within two days turned the entire level it into a place for our family to cherish for years. He was incredibly positive, respectful and punctual. If you are looking for someone to get the job done with class and care, he is it. If I could give 6 Stars I would!
