I cannot recommend this team enough!! My apartment was insanely messy/cluttered and they cleaned it to a sparkle in just a few hours. The amount of work would’ve taken me days. They saved me so much time and made my apartment a beautiful place to come home to. On top of doing a phenomenal job, they had fantastic communication and responded super quickly. WOW!! Just wow! I don’t think my apartment was this clean when I moved in. 😊 Honestly, I haven’t cooked or done anything in the last 2 days because I don’t want to mess it up. 😂😂 From speedy response and clear communication, to being here earlier than planned. I don’t want to say her name for privacy reasons, but she literally went above and beyond!! I cannot thank her enough! I do discounts when they ask services for regular time every 2 weeks , weekly or monthly, also if it is a big proyect I can do 5 percent discount if a final quote ,
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally, I like to first set up an appointment with the client to learn more about their needs, visit the home and provide a quote.
