- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are always transparent with our pricing. We don’t charge hidden fees, and we sometimes offer special discounts for recurring services or referrals. However, we always explain that deep cleaning is a different level of work, and it has its own cost — it’s important to respect the effort and time our team puts into every home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to start with an honest conversation to understand the customer’s needs and expectations. Whenever possible, we schedule a virtual call to see the space and discuss details, or we ask for photos, so we can provide an accurate estimate. From there, we customize the cleaning based on what the client needs most, always aiming to make the first experience unforgettable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our training comes from hands-on experience, dedication, and always being open to learning. Over the years, we’ve studied best practices for deep cleaning, eco-friendly products, and techniques for different types of surfaces and finishes. We also believe that attention to detail and love for what you do can’t be taught — it comes from the heart.
