We needed a bathroom deep-cleaned after the toilet in the unit above us overflowed and dirty water leaked through the ceiling vent and dripped all over our bathroom. Wanessa was very quick to respond to the request and was able to send someone out to do the work only a few hours later, which was amazing. The cleaner was courteous, friendly, and professional, and did a very good job of thoroughly cleaning the bathroom- and she used re-usable materials (not tons of disposable paper towels), which we really appreciated. We're very happy with the work.

Wanessa responded to my housecleaning request very quickly, and was able to offer times on my preferred date. She gave an estimate, and continued to communicate reminders between the booking and the cleaning date. The cleaners arrived on-time, and did a very thorough job -- especially with all of those persistently dirty areas in the kitchen and bathroom. Definitely recommended.
