My focus is on quality, trueness, and value, and my top priority is to deeply know every client I work with at the most authentic level. Recently certified as a flow state coach, I’ve worked with some awesome people to help create a higher level of mindfulness, accountability and growth in their lives for career goals, personal goals, major obstacles, positive habit development, and better execution where that much- needed perspective shift or extra push is needed. My practice is built on a proven process, frameworks and tools for vision- setting, goal- setting, mindset mapping, obstacle management and effective execution. My work is driven by research and a passion for human potential, neuroscience and personal empowerment. I’m a tough accountability driver when more structure and clarity is needed and a great friend to have on your team. Time is your most valuable resource.
