- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices range from $30 to $45 an hour per person for first-time cleaning, move outs, organizing, garage cleanings and deep cleanings. We like to work with a flat rate after the first contact, which is based on the frequency and customer requirements. FOR THE FIRST TIME we suggest 3 hours ($90 ), which are 1.5 hours for a team of 2, but it always opens the possibility of taking a little less or more time. We accept cash, checks or Venmo. Our commitment is in the quality of work in the shortest possible time.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I first started as a helper. A very experienced friend thought me every detail of a housekeeper job. After a couple of years being trained, my husband and I started our own business. We started as a team and worked for few years together. After having so many referrals and new clients we couldn't stand to be just two of us, so we started training family members and close friends that would be interested in getting into the cleaning business. And since then we have about 12 years In the business. We are now a familiar cleaning company. We have never hired anybody strange to work with us. All of our teams are people of our trust. We committed ourselves to provide the greatest possible service on a respectful, trustful and mutual satisfaction.
