I have equipment to do mobile outdoor exercise sessions (trap bar, weights, kettlebells, bands, sled, etc).
You can come to me or I can come to you for training in the outdoors.
Since graduating from St. Mary’s University in 2016, I have been defining and refining my approach to evidence-based personal training. I am constantly researching science-backed methodologies to create practical strategies that optimize health and longevity.

Brett is a seasoned pro, focused on my age right away and showed me stretching and exercises that helped me get back to golf. Recommended videos and equipment that supports my comeback despite my stubbornness and erratic health issues. Looking forward to his new training location.

With Brett the focus is about being effective in workouts, not about going hard and being sore. The attention to detail in movement is extreme. He also has very interesting insight on exertion level scheduling and concentric vs eccentric workout planning. Overall very fun and the time flies by. Oh -and his sock game is on point.
