- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price each event individually because no two menus and set-ups are the same. We make every effort to give you your full vision for your event while still keeping you within your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Arrange the introductory call to retrieve as much information as possible about your event and your vision for your special day. Next we'll create a one-of-a-kind menu for you and a tasting if desired. After the final menu is established we will create your contract and last but certainly not least we show up to provide you with "An Affair to Remember" on your special day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Mumsie! Has an incredible team of Classically Trained Chef's. Who have come through Culinary Schools. Such as: Certified Chef de Cuisine, Staged internationally at several renowned restaurants, Certified Pastry Chef, HACCP Certified, Certified Professional Food Manager.
