- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For certain projects I will require a deposit or periodical payments.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet in person or over the phone to ensure the job requirements are clear so the project can be dealt with efficiently and properly. I enjoy sending photos and keeping the customer updated with extensive projects.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years of experience under a general contractor. The work I did under a general had a wide array of projects but was mainly focused on kitchen and bathroom remodels. The company could do anything starting from a new build. My experience has been gained by performing and taking on tasks given to me by the general and making sure my team/coworkers could finish a project in an efficient order.
