We had an employee come to our apartment to deep clean the kitchen and both bathrooms, not sure if there was a timing issue or what, but there were a good handful of items that had not been touched. I reached out to the owner and nicely expressed my concern. He was very appreciative of the feedback and to make it right he, himself, came out the very next day and re-did the entire deep clean at no cost to us. He did great work, left no stone unturned. I have signed up for a monthly maintenance plan with Pure Works because of the owners work ethic and professionalism. I understand employee's having bad days or not managing time well enough, but to have the owner come out and go above and beyond... I am very grateful and they've got a customer for life! Austin and Mirian did an outstanding job on my deep clean. They were responsive, communicative, and incredibly detail-oriented. They even wiped down all of my books and shelves before I thought to ask—truly going above and beyond. The quality of their work was excellent, and they were genuinely kind people to work with. I originally planned this as a one-time deep clean, but I'll definitely be hiring them again.

I quickly realized that that was not the life I was looking for and started Pure Works Cleaning Company where my wife and I can work intimately with our team to satisfy customer's needs!
