FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You can pay by the hour or if your want a better discount, then monthly, quarterly or yearly deals are available. I am a mobile trainer so it is always less expensive if you travel to me than when I travel to you. My starting hourly rate for in house is $55 and traveling to you is $65. However, I offer great discount package pricing too! I also offer discount pricing for mid-day times, $35 an hour when purchasing 12 sessions.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First time clients always go through a evaluation. I take your weight and body measurements. Then there is a series of assessments to find where your strength, flexibility and cardio is currently at. I also do a squat assessment to check and see if there is any muscle imbalance or movement compensation happening. I find out in detail what you have been doing. What has worked for you in the past and what has not. Then I come up with a training plan that is specific to your needs and goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am NASM certified in Personal Training, Women's Fitness, Nutrition, Corrective Exercise and Pre-Post-Natal. I am also CPR certified and a Certified Life Coach. I am a lifelong learner. I believe if you are not growing then you are dying. I am constantly reading and taking courses to further my knowledge and education so that I can pass it on to you.
