    Eileen Gordon is a great trainer! She can customize your workout to your comfort level. I saw results within 3 weeks training with her 3 times/week and had fun doing it. She has shown be how to work out using correct form to get lean and stay lean. She also gave me great healthy eating tips and delicious recipes to enhance my transformed body. I would highly recommend Eileen if your looking for a trainer who knows what their doing and gets results!

    I always wanted to get a trainer but was always too nervous. However I am happy I did! Eileen exceeded my expectations. I went in having some background of working out but came out with a plethora of new and more effective exercises. Eileen was extremely informative. She is an expect at targeting exactly what muscles you want to work on. All of this while being aware of how the body works and accommodating personal preference and issues. Not to mention she is very personable and I felt like we've known each other for years!!! In just 10 ( super affordable) sessions I dropped 12lbs, a total of 5 weeks! I am forever grateful!

    I've always kept fairly slim by watching my diet and without having to work out. Then 40 years old hit and gravity kicked in. I was in denial for a few years and at 44 I realized I needed help. I tried crossfit in the park, pilates, yoga and quit them all after just a few sessions. I decided to give weight training a shot, but didn't know the first thing about it. Eileen has been a motivator, dietician and teacher. I've been seeing her 3 times per week since January 1st, haven't missed one and most importantly, haven't QUIT! I'm seeing improvement in my posture, have lost that lower back/sciatic pain, my clothes are fitting better and I just feel better in general.     I went to Eileen for 2 months after my doctor told me I was losing too much muscle mass. He told me I needed to increase it before I saw him again in three months. I found Eileen in a local magazine and set up appt. She was so nice and friendly and explained everything to me in a way I would understand. I went to her for two months, three times a week. I was not able to do anything lower body since I had recently had knee surgery, so we focused on abs and above. I was mainly concerned with getting my biceps and triceps toned more than anything else. When I went to the doctor at three months, I had lost 6 lbs. of fat, but gained 4 lbs. of muscle. She is very personable and is concerned about you. I am hoping I will be able to return to her training sometime, but in the meantime am trying to workout at home based on what she taught me. I would never go to any other trainer but her and would definitely recommend her to anyone.

    I thought I was in pretty good shape and just wanted to define and tone my body a little more. Once Eileen started working with me, I realized I needed someone to guide me, not just how to correctly use the equipment in the gym, but also how to isolate specific muscles and get the maximum from my workout. Eileen’s knowledge, experience and gentle encouragement has helped me get into shape and have fun while I’m being challenged to live a healthy, active life.     Being in my late 50's and plagued with lower back pain I knew that I had to start exercising again. I would come home from work and the only way the pain was relieved was to stay off my feet and sit. I had concerns that exercising might increase the pain if done incorrectly and I knew that I needed help. Eileen worked with me for several months focusing mainly on my problem areas, my back and abdomen. The back pain diminished over the months and I was able to come home and do things without the pain. I guess dropping 25 pounds was an additional bonus. In short, Eileen is a great trainer and definitely knows what she is doing. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an outstanding professional personal trainer!

    Eileen is the consummate professional. She has been training people for many years and it shows in her dedication to her client's goals and achievements and her broad knowledge base. She's never pushy but knows exactly when you are slacking and conversely knows how to get the most out of you.

    Eileen is a great trainer, and a beautiful person in and out,she has been training the Elite in the Dana Point area for more than a decade ,you can really benefit of her knowledge in nutrition as well as keeping yourself young and strong as she does
