- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Customer service is a priority for me with a client. With the clients requests I will research and offer the best option for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get to know my clients traveling preferences. Where have they traveled before, where and what did they like or dislike. What type of hotel do they prefer, have they ever cruised before - what cruise lines? What is their dream vacation and where? Then I process the information and plan a seamless wonderful vacation creating memories for a lifetime.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in marketing, graduated from a travel school, Attend local functions with vendors so I am up to date with their offers. On a daily basis watch live webinars of different vendors again to keep up on the changing travel industry. Also, years of experience with happy clients! I belong to the largest travel consortium that allows me to find the best offers for my clients.
