Ive been working with John for little over a month and Ive seen results. Ive lost almost 10lbs. He is very responsive and answers all my questions. Im picky eater which makes it hard to come up with meal plan but he did and tailored to my food likes this way I dont feel like giving up. I recommend him if your looking for help with nutrition. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?All trainees goes through a fitness evaluation to properly ensure I create a custom training regimen and nutrition plans.
