    Wow. John is such an amazing trainer. He's a cool, down to earth, chill guy, who challenges me to do me best. I had never done free weights before and was very insecure about ever trying it. However, John made me feel very comfortable. He showed me the proper form and developed a workout plan for me to reach my goal of bulking up and getting more muscle. I now feel confident in the Gym, instead of feeling like everyone is watching the silly skinny dude. And results! Literally within a few of weeks I was seeing results. I feel stronger than I ever have been, lifting more than I ever thought a skinny dude like me could ever lift, and feel generally more confident. I highly recommend John to anyone. A nice dude who will get you results! You can't beat that.

    Nutrition always lacked
    My problem was always trying to get enough food. I'm an extremely active person and nothing worked for me gaining strength and size. John has helped with my food for about month in a half now. I can not say enough about his services. I feel better lifting than I have in years. I have hit pr's on deadlift and bench already and felt great doing it. If you're looking for help in nutrition I highly recommend John. He has been a game changer for me.

    I have tried so many diets and exercise options but never stayed motivated long enough to get results until I met john. He has completely changed my mentality and has been an exceptional motivater!!! I hope to have him a part of my fitness and health life for a long time.if someone wants results bFitandLive will get you there!!! I would recommend him to everyone as long as it doesn't cut into my time!!!! Hahahaha

    John is an amazing personal trainer, he is the type of trainer that makes you feel so good about what you're accomplishing, while at the same time pushing you to excel. I'm the type of person that thrives with positive reinforcement and that's what I get from John, he's also very flexible and able to work with you on scheduling. I would highly recommend training with him.

    Great tips and ability to work around equipment, body and medical restrictions. Was really great with offering advice in weekly Skype calls to overcome personal hurdlers whether motivational or range of motions. Unfortunately, I didn't stick with the program long enough to see the results that would've only taken a few months of truly dedicated work but that is a failure on my behalf and have no reflection on John or the attention he gives his clients. If you put the work in you will see your body do amazing things!

    All I can say is John is wonderful. He is not only a good trainer but he is a wonderful human being. I have been training with him since September 2014. I recently switched from training 3 days a week to 4. I have seen significant differences in my strength levels and my body. He is always on time, very courteous, and I can see the passion he has for fitness. He lives by what he preaches. I am very fortunate to have him as my trainer and I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

    John is a fantastic trainer! He is knowledgeable, credible, motivated and intense, but with an easy going personality. In addition, he is also reliable and has our best interest at heart. As odd as it sounds, we actually look forward to his work outs! But don't take my word for it. The results speak for themselves. Look at his own physique and look at the transformation of his trainees. I recommend him without reservations.

    I've worked with other personal trainers in the past. But my experience with John exceeded my expectations for several reasons. Upon meeting him I felt quickly at ease. He was able to quickly assess my physical ability and pushed me just enough past my comfort level. I had an amazing workout! He was very encouraging and positive towards me. It was very obvious he was extremely knowledgeable not only in training but he also came up with a detailed strategy to help me reach my fat loss goals especially with my nutrition. I feel very confidant in his ability to help me. I also know he will keep me free from injury. He exceeded my expectations. It was the best experience I've had with any personal trainer.

I offer competitive pricing for both my personal training and nutrition. I offer an initial free consultation to all my trainees.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
All trainees goes through a fitness evaluation to properly ensure I create a custom training regimen and nutrition plans.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified personal trainer, diet and bodybuilding prep coach. I have over 4 years of personal training experience and been training for over 20 years.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I'm a former IT geek but realized later in life that my calling is to become a fitness geek. My true passion is helping others get in better shape by promoting a healthy lifestyle. At the age of 41, I competed in my 1st ever natural bodybuilding competition and won 1st place and Best in Show. Not too bad for an old guy. It is never too late to accomplish what you want! bFitandLive!
What types of customers have you worked with?
I worked with trainees as young as 13 years old and as old as 68 years old. I worked with trainees that want to lose weight, build muscle, improve strength and overall general fitness.
