Whitney and the A -Reve team stood out from the other event planners I had spoken to. She worked within our budget for our grand re-opening event, and gave us great ideas on how to work with our space so the food and drink flowed easily and effortlessly. Even though the rain changed our plans from an outdoor event to indoor event, the team adjusted easily to the new plan. Her team was great to work with; helpful, very friendly, knowledgeable, and ensured everyone having a good time. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We recognize that every event is different and therefore all our contracts are customized to your needs, not those of the clients before you. We offer the 30 minute complimentary consultation to establish your true event needs, and how we can best help you in creating the event you desire.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Our first step in working together is for the A'Reve team to fully understand your event 'vision'. This is accomplished through photos, whether they are magazine tear-outs, Pinterest boards, or online photos. Once the A'Reve team understands your vision, we will adopt your vision and get straight to work!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I studied spatial planning, design, color, and also have business experience. These elements combined with passion for creating unforgettable experiences for my clients sets A'Reve apart!
