Whitney and Adriana were AMAZING! I was planning a wedding from Hong Kong and they made it much easier to put my vision together without even seeing the venue. They were accessible by all forms of communication and very easy to talk to. They were to the point and were able to narrow down my crazy pinterest board so I could tie all my ideas together. They have a range of things to rent and can source the rest so don't even waste your time on the finding all of those things that seem impossible to find. Most importantly, they were incredibly kind, fun and genuine and if they weren't planning the wedding I would have wanted them there as guests anyways! I would highly recommend them to anyone planning a wedding - it is something you need help with and they are the ladies to do it. Thank you A'Reve Event Planning!!!

We were tasked with producing a staff lunch outside near Ghirardelli Square, San Francisco in a park. We had a fixed budget for 30 staff for a catered buffet lunch. No party is too small for Whitney. We told her what type of dishes we wanted and she put together an all-inclusive delicious menu, delivered the tables, chairs, linens, buffet, drinks and dessert. Everything--even added flowers that were not in our budget. She took care of all of it. Finding AâReve Event Planning was the best thing that could have happened to us. Thank you Whiney and your gracious staff for making our outdoor buffet lunch a huge success. Look no further, this company is service oriented and they really take pride in their work.

I can honestly say that my daughter's wedding was the best wedding I have ever been to. Although there are many reasons for that fact, a large part of the credit goes to Whitney Valentine and her team at A'Reve. Whitney's expertise steered us away from several pitfalls: she knew the rules of the venue and was able to tell us ahead of time that they would not allow bottles on the table and that the garbage would need to be hauled away. Because I could trust Whitney with decorating the venue (beautifully!) and the all-important food (delicious!), I was able to thoroughly enjoy the ceremony, to socialize with my guests, to drink some wine, and to dance. I got nothing but compliments from my guests. Whitney and her team even hauled away the garbage!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We recognize that every event is different and therefore all our contracts are customized to your needs, not those of the clients before you. We offer the 30 minute complimentary consultation to establish your true event needs, and how we can best help you in creating the event you desire.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first step in working together is for the A'Reve team to fully understand your event 'vision'. This is accomplished through photos, whether they are magazine tear-outs, Pinterest boards, or online photos. Once the A'Reve team understands your vision, we will adopt your vision and get straight to work!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I studied spatial planning, design, color, and also have business experience. These elements combined with passion for creating unforgettable experiences for my clients sets A'Reve apart!
