Had my whole house resided with James Hardie - Boothbay Blue through Imperia Roof & Exterior. Ari was the PM and did a good job keeping things on track. He wasnt pushy or salesy which I appreciated. Just straight forward info and what to expect.The crew actually showed up early most days and worked quietly. Not a bunch of yelling or blasting music which my neighbors loved haha. They cleaned up after themselves and didnt leave piles of junk behind. Ive had bad contractors before so this was refreshing.The siding came out really clean looking and even. You can tell it was measured and not rushed. Price-wise it was fair for how much work was involved. Id say good value for sure.Id use them again and I already passed their info to my brother-in-law. Thanks Ari and team for not making it a giant headache.

I hired Imperia Roofing & Exteriors to redo the siding on my house, about 2,800 sq ft of James Hardie. The project manager Ari was great to work with, very responsive and kept me updated without overcomplicating everything.The crew showed up when they said they would, worked pretty fast, and kept the place surprisingly clean during the whole job. It wasnt one of those situations where you come home and your yard looks like a warzone which I really appreciated.Pricing was fair/good compared to the other bids I got (and honestly they seemed a lot more organized than a couple of the other companies). The finished siding looks awesome and overall the whole experience went smoother than I expected.Would definitely recommend these guys if youre looking to get exterior work done. Thanks again to Ari and the team!

From the first meeting, Julian impressed us with how organized and honest he was. He brought multiple James Hardie siding samples and options from other manufacturers so we could see all the possibilities. He explained everything clearly and never pressured us. Imperia Roofing delivered exactly what was promised.
