Hi, I contacted this plumbing company after waiting all day for another company, who didn’t bother to contact me (later saying they didn’t do that type of work). I explained the same situation to URV company but they still managed to get someone to my house early the next morning. The technician came out, he was very friendly, professional and patient. He determined it was Heating/Air unit, and did not even charge me a service fee. Now that’s outstanding customer service. Because of this, not only will I use them the next time I need a plumber but, I will highly recommend them to others. I sent two companies the exact same info and one didn’t bother to contact me at all, after thumbtack notified me that the appointment was made with them, and URV, who at the end of the day was able to send someone out on their very first appointment of the day. Communication is paramount in any excellent organization. Thank you URV for going above and beyond!
