He made sure everything was working perfectly and took pictures of his work and made sure I was satisfied before he left. I was charged for a drain to be unclogged and still drain is clogged. Technician said he could unclog drain with his recommended service but found there was a bend in pipe where he couldn’t get past, we were still charged. This is not right and for this I give zero stars.
