He was able to fit me into his schedule. Talking on the phone with him, he was very knowledgeable and even walked me through on what to do in the mean time with my leak which worked amazing. He arrived on time, worked efficiently, respectful of my property and was very thorough in every step. He even took photos, to show me all the work from the crawl space. He even identified another leak for me that was in the crawlspace that was corroded, leaking. When he was done, he even cleaned up. I won’t use anybody else, if you have any issues Raphael is the go to."See more

I was charged for a drain to be unclogged and still drain is clogged. Technician said he could unclog drain with his recommended service but found there was a bend in pipe where he couldn’t get past, we were still charged. This is not right and for this I give zero stars.
