Work performed was fantastic! The technician explained everything once he removed the toilet from the floor. He spent 3 hours repairing the pipe/flange and resetting the toilet with a new wax seal. He was very neat with his work, extremely polite, and kept me up to date with every detail. I would highly recommend the company for your plumbing needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Proline Rooter and Leveon! I was dealing with a leaking sewer line, and Leveon was a lifesaver. He called me back right away and was at my house in no time. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional and honest, answering all of my questions with patience and clarity. I felt confident in his recommendations and the work that needed to be done. ​Leveon and his apprentice are an amazing team. They completely re-piped the entire bathroom in addition to the sewer line replacement. They worked quickly and efficiently, finishing the entire job in just two days. When they were done, they left the job site absolutely pristine. There was no mess left behind—just a perfectly repaired system. ​If you need any plumbing work done, especially a sewer line replacement, look no further. Leveon and Proline Rooter are the best in the business—they are knowledgeable, efficient, and truly care about their customers. 10/10 would recommend!

Well, it never fails. Had Levon stop by to give me a bid on maybe cleaning out a vent pipe because the toilet bowl was not holding water. By the time he got here, it had resolved on it's own. But I will definitely contact Proline if the problem resurfaces.

They did a great job! I was originally quoted $15K by another plumber to fix the issue, but Levoin took a look and explained that only one spot actually needed to be repaired. He fixed it the same day, within a few hours, and for considerably less—saving me a lot of money. Everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. I’d absolutely use him again!
