They did a great job! I was originally quoted $15K by another plumber to fix the issue, but Levoin took a look and explained that only one spot actually needed to be repaired. He fixed it the same day, within a few hours, and for considerably less—saving me a lot of money. Everything was handled smoothly and without any issues. I’d absolutely use him again!

I'm updating a previous review. As stated in my first review, I understand that other jobs can run over; as long as that's communicated, I'm willing to reschedule and move forward with the assessment and/or work. Levon quickly responded after I reached out about the missed appointment, informing me that he was indeed working on an emergency call that had taken much longer than anticipated. I also happened to be navigating an emergency of my own with family throughout the weekend. He was apologetic and accommodating and came out the very next day, working around my schedule during what became a very hectic weekend. They were professional and efficient, and they provided a thorough, transparent assessment of the potential causes of the issues. They were able to address one of the potential issues- a clogged toilet & possible leak from that toilet. Further assessment and additional work will be needed, and I would absolutely consider working with Levon & the team for that additional work and any future plumbing services.
