Proline Rooter LLC is an excellent plumber. They responded to my inquiry on Thumbtack within a few minutes. We agreed on a time for the following day. They were right on time. They were well prepared to resolve any plumbing issue. They diagnosed the problem within a few minutes using high tech equipment; no guess work here. They fixed the problem quickly. They were very careful not to create a mess in the kitchen where the problem was. They cleaned up after themselves. There are very efficient. Their truck contained parts and equipment to resolve any and every plumbing problem. I am impressed with them. If I require the services of a plumber in the future I certainly will contact Proline Rooter LLC. MLT

I am not one who typically leaves a review but my experience in dealing with Levon and his associate was too top-notch not to. I cannot recommend Proline Rooter highly enough. From the moment I contacted Levon, he was professional, responsive, and incredibly knowledgeable. He arrived on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and took the time to clearly explain the problem and the available solutions without any pressure or upselling.

What impressed me most was the quality of his work and attention to detail. Levon and his associate worked efficiently, and left the area cleaner than they found it. It's obvious that Proline Rooter takes great pride in craftsmanship and genuinely cares about their customers.

The repair was completed perfectly, and everything was fair and transparent. In a world where it's hard to find reliable contractors, Levon stands out as someone who is honest, dependable, and exceptionally skilled at what he does.

If you're looking for a plumber who is trustworthy, professional, and delivers top-notch results, Levon is the person to call. I will absolutely be using him again for any future plumbing needs and recommending him to family and friends.

Thank you again Levon and team!

Had an emergency shower drain backed up that needed to be snaked as my own Husky snake drain line didnt work. They reached out, got an understanding of my situation, provided an estimated window time of arrival. Once they arrived, they reviewed my current issue and got to work, had my flooded bathroom drained back down to normal in less than 15min. Appreciate their work, honesty and stuck with the estimated rate with no hidden charges or fees tacked on. Which I was happy enough to give an additional tip for their service. Will be using them again if anything occurs or if any friends or families need a plumber recommendation.
