- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process of working with new customer is pretty simple and straightforward. Initial consultation: We meet with the our new customers (online or in person) to discuss their needs and gather information about their project. Proposal: We creates a proposal outlining the scope of the work, deliverables, and cost and timeline for the project. Design process: We start design process, which may include research, sketching, prototyping, and refining the design until it meets the customer's specifications. Revisions and adjustments: We works with the customer to make any necessary revisions or adjustments to the design. Final deliverables: We provides the customer with the final design files and any necessary assets, such as fonts and images or any other print and digital files. Communication: We maintains regular communication with the customer throughout the process to ensure that their needs are being met and the project is progressing smoothly.
