Fiona was amazing. She was quick to respond with a quote and very flexible in making our arrangements. Our session with her was wonderful and exceeded my expectations! A wonderful practitioner who was full of warmth and knowledge in the art of yoga. Very hands on which I love!! Thank you FionaApr 27, 2016

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Yes and no. Since every customer is different with different needs, its difficult to create a set price. One person may want yoga included and another doesn't. I try to work with the client and create a plan that is suitable and fits in with their life and current circumstances.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?My education are as follows: * Bachelor of Science Degree in Counseling Education and minors in Psychology and Sociology from The University of North Texas, 1993 * ****Yoga instructor certified (200 hours) in San Diego, CA, at CorePower Yoga Studios in 2008 ****** Additional intensive education at the Iyengar Yoga Institute, Pune, India, in 2010 *Pranayama education at the Kaivalya Yoga institute in Pune, India 2010 * *****Additional intensive education in Dharma Yoga in Costa Rica, in 2012 *Human health diet and nutrition certification in July, 2014. *****
- How did you get started doing this type of work?It all started when I took a long solo backpacking trip to Central America. I had always been curious about yoga and I began to take classes to create a calm centered and strong body and mind to face what was then the unknown, and I was a little bit scared! After I fell in love with Costa Rica, I began to have dreams about someday owning a yoga retreat. Several years later I finally found a program I like and the rest is history :)
