Robert and Kimberly were hired to install laminate flooring in four bedrooms and the master bathroom/closet. They presented high-grade, to mid and cheap material so I could decide on what I wanted. They came into my home professionally, took accurate measurements, and created a quote that was reasonable and honest. Kim communicates everything, so you always know what's what and how the pricing is broken down. Robert comes in with the appropriate tools and dedicates his day to working. Together, they are a great duo...don't let their age fool you. They get the business done. I've attached pictures for you to see. Keep in mind, all of the bedrooms went from carpet to laminate, and new baseboards were installed. I absolutely LOVE the job they did. They estimated the job to be completed in 8 days and they finished in 8 days, and will work on the weekend if it's convenient for you. Thanks Rob and Kim! I do believe since moving to Palm Desert 2 1/2 years ago this is the first time I have had a worker (handyman) arrive at the time he said he would be here. Both my husband and myself are Handicapped so you can imagine what a mess our garage was. This company went over and beyond what I originally had asked for. They helped us get better organized. I put away things where they belong (the last handyman we had shoved everything where he could. So when Mr. ARDILA’s coworker Came to me with brand new items in the plastic bags you pay 1.00, I was surprised. To whom it may concern: Re: Greg Lang / USA Painting and Construction. In 2004 Greg and his company built for us a 550 square foot game room/oversized casita. The site was originally intended for a standard 300 sq. ft. casita so it was somewhat of a special project as the 300 ft. slab was already in place. The removal of this and the re-orientation of the new slab/foundation was the beginning of the project which consisted of the main room, a full bath, a wet-bar, and closet. The construction moved forward from there to completion without incident and within the timeframe stated and Gregs design matched the exterior and interior of the existing house perfectly. Gregs team was very professional and timely and we were scarcely inconvenienced during the construction. Greg or his foreman was on-site every day overseeing the project. In fact, my wife and I were in England for 3 weeks during this time and Greg took care of our pool, cleaning and adding the necessary chemicals. After completion Greg made some follow-up visits to address any problems. There are none to this date.
