- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give lessons based on the amount of time (30, 45, or 60 min). For a 30 minute lesson, I would charge $25 a lesson; 45 minutes: $35 a lesson; 60 minutes and more $45 a lesson. For online or internet lessons prices are cheaper: $15 a lesson per 30 minutes; $20 for 45 minutes; and $30 for 60 minutes. Lessons longer than 1 hour go up to $50.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get with customers to discuss my services and then offer them a discount on my rates for the first consultation or project depending on what it is.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I research different methods of music composition and learning music online to keep up with musical and educational trends.
