- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the size and complexity of the project. Most residential work has a base rate, and additions, conversions, or full remodels may have added costs depending on what’s required (structural, Title 24, drafting, etc.). I always give a clear quote upfront so you know exactly what to expect.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a quick conversation to understand the project and your goals. I provide a complimentary site visit, confirm that your vision is possible, and give you pricing and timeline. Once approved, our team begins the drafting, coordinate any structural or energy requirements, and guide you through permit submittal until everything is ready for the city.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work professionally in the architectural field doing project management, design coordination, Title 24 energy modeling, and permit processing. My experience comes from handling real residential projects daily, coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and city building departments.
