My lessons are tailor made to the interests, performance goals, and strengths of my students.
I am a professional bassist and music instructor currently living and working in Los Angeles. I play both upright and electric bass in numerous stylistic settings. With 15 years of experience on the instrument professionally, I have both a BA and Masters Degree in Bass Performance and Jazz Studies.
I am an experienced teacher in both a classroom environment and private, one-on-one instructional settings. I teach a variety of skill levels and age groups, from beginning students to more advanced high-school- and college-level players. My resume is available upon request.
