Morgan Auclair says, "We contacted a contractor after a family member recommended them to renovate our kitchen and one bathroom. The estimator, Ben, was on time, honest, and thorough. The recommended vendors, including Versatile, were top quality with competitive pricing for slab and tile. Led by a very capable individual named Vahe, the construction team was punctual, efficient, and friendly. The project manager, Paulina, was communicative and easy to speak with during the project. The total price came in exactly as quoted, with no overcharging for one-off repairs like upgraded GFCI outlets or additional tile trim. My only concern occurred on the final day when the onsite team did finishing touch-ups. The painting around the recently added tile was done hastily, and I spent a couple of hours afterward rubbing paint off the tile trim and outlets. The monogrammed towels sent after the project was finished were a nice touch! Overall, I would highly recommend them for your renovation needs."See more

We hired Edwin for the job given his extremely competitive pricing and willingness to be flexible in dates/times of the job, as well as specific requests. We wanted a sliding barn door painted in our bedroom and he was up to the task. A few days before our scheduled job, we decided we weren't confident on the colors we selected. We cancelled on Edwin but he was very professional and told us to give him a call when we're ready. We messaged him several months later. He came back out to the house, walked through the house with us again, and accommodated our change requests. On the first day, Edwin and his team showed up 5 minutes early! They were ready to walk through the whole project with us again to be sure we were all on the same page. Edwin communicated with me all 3 days via text and phone while I was at work. The team was very professional- always respectful of our home and cleaned up after themselves each day so we came back to a tidy place. They even took down ladders, rags, paint brushes, cans, etc and put them all in one place so we wouldn't notice them while relaxing at home in the evenings. On the final day, Edwin walked through the home with us again. He was quick to fix any small requests we had. No request was a bother to him.
