He is hardworking, courteous, and clearly takes pride in his work. During his visit, he removed my old smoke detector and installed a new combination smoke and carbon monoxide detector. He also repaired the loose bracket holding my curtain tie rod, installed a door stop, patched a hole in my wall, fixed the stuck roller on my bifold closet door, and hung two picture frames. Every job was done carefully and thoroughly. I especially appreciated that he wore shoe covers and cleaned up the work area before leaving. His professionalism and respect for my home did not go unnoticed. I am very happy with the quality of his work and will definitely call on him again for future projects. The owner, Octavio, was instrumental in offering us solutions to several issues that we presented to him. He dealt with any/all permitting issues. Always a quality job, and a very honest contractor. We would not hesitate to contact him for any future projects. Here is a list of the various projects that were performed: - Installed insulation in both the attic and basement. - Reroofed our garage – dealing with all permitting. - Installed utility door on garage along with an awning for it. - Built new basement door for our California basement - Repaired garage door to include new bottom seal. - Installed new gutters/downspouts on garage."See more
