Our construction experience with Baloy and his crew can be summed up with these thoughts.Baloy and his crew were:- Prompt and on time every day the work was scheduled to be performed.- All of his crew were courteous, professional and friendly during the entire project.- The work was performed in a workmanlike manner, on budget and on schedule.- The overall cost of the project was fair and reasonable in comparison to other contractor estimates we received.- Baloy himself stayed in constant communication, from initial questions about the job, through the different stages of construction all the way to job completion. He reported on everything every day. Any questions or variances were communicated immediately with timely, budget conscious solutions. Baloy was also always available post construction to answer any final questions or go over final closing details.- Baloy and his crew did all work in a neat and tidy fashion and made sure that before they left the job site each day, the site was cleaned up, with safety in mind until the following work day.We would definitely recommend his services to anyone needing a competent, knowledgeable, fair, friendly general building contractor.

The group is very professional and detailed oriented. We had major remodeling and repairs to our beach house. This included kitchen remodel, paint inside and outside, and bathrooms and garage updates. There are many moving parts in such a job. The group is able to handle all of those, and they do it with grace. Honest people. The craftsmanship of things like custom cabinets and countertops are very detailed and beautiful. Marx takes pride in hirings the right people for the job. They really go above and beyond to make sure the work is done right. Hard to find in this industry.

Our experience with Panali EB Construction was the complete opposite of those feared contractor horror stories you often hear about. We could not have asked for a better team of incredibly dedicated and talented craftsmen to make our home vision a reality. Their professionalism, care and good humor made a process that we put off doing for years more enjoyable. Each member of the Panali crew were excellent and brought their individual strengths to the project. 100%They patiently collaborated with us every step of the way, helped source high-quality materials, and creatively problem-solved the many "eccentricities" that come with updating an older home. They were diligent in communicating plans, working within the budget, answering our many questions, maintaining an organized & clean workspace and were always mindful to minimize any impacts on our daily lives, as we continued to live amidst the project. Thanks to their talents our home now feels refreshed, functional, and full of our own personal style.Most importantly, the crew of Panali (German, Marx, Baloy, Anderson, Yordi, David, Louie and the whole team) are wonderful, honest, and kind people who truly take pride in the quality of their work and making the client happy until the very end. Baloy and his team really pay attention to all details and went above and beyond for us ! He not only took into consideration our family dynamics which includes a special needs adult but also a toddler. While completing the project he made sure our home was always safe for our curious kids. His integrity for his work shined through and always communicated above and beyond . His team is clean and did an impeccable job. I was beyond thrilled with our completed project which consisted of them, tearing off the side of our house, which included our butlers pantry. They installed a new support beam for our French doors to be added to our home. It was a decent size remodel and when completed looked like nothing had been touched in the home accept for the beautiful additional French doors. Which was the goal. I will definitely hire him and his team again!
