- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We send a description with the price, everything it’s upfront. Once the job is completed and inspected with the costumer the money won’t be refunded unless proves of wrongdoing is shown to us
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always ask to inspect the house from the moment I arrive and pay attention to the areas that requires more detailed work and try to do a good job using the right products
