It all started with cleaning out my son’s closet to get him ready for the week and finding mouse droppings on the closet floor, then realizing they were also behind the desk, along the baseboards, in my closet, the hall closet, under the kitchen and stove cabinets, the bathroom cabinets, the fridge - basically everywhere! So violating! That’s what led me to Zeal Pest Management and Mike. Thank goodness! The first company I called clearly were trying to take advantage of me and gave me an outrageous estimate, the man who typically helps us with bugs outside our home quoted much less, but was on vacation and I needed action. Zeal quoted more but they promised to not just set and remove traps over several weeks like my usual guy, they also identified and sealed off multiple entry points to ensure the mice couldn’t find their way back in. So far, the sealing Mike did seems to have done the trick. There have been no repeat visitors in the house and one caught in the garage. It’s very upsetting to find mouse droppings all over your clothes, bags, kitchen goods and more. The many 5-star reviews led me to Mike and his brother. They came out the very next day, were honest and compassionate, got to work and followed up whenever I asked. They also guarantee their work. So if I have any more issues, all I have to do is call. Recommend!

They were very responsible throughout the entire termite fumigation process. Mike was always attentive, very kind, and easy to communicate with. Luis has been great. We had rats in the attic, under the deck, and in the crawl space. They even managed to work up the pipes to live in a crevice in my kitchen cabinets. Disgusting. Luis came immediately, patiently answered all my questions and gave me a very reasonable quote to close off all entry points to the house, as well as clean and disinfect the attic and cabinets. He gave a 1 yr guarantee and comes back quickly any time we think we hear the rats find a new way to dig themselves back inside. He has replaced crawl space access doors, closed up holes and even poured concrete to block off the rat invasion. Very grateful to Luis!
